Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not issuing the pattadar pass book and title deed over the property admeasuring Acs.21.00 guntas in R.S.Nos.183 and 184 situated in Thummuluru Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to which the petitioners claims to be the owners, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the applications were made on 20.04.2015, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, till date the authorities have not considered the same.

Having regard to the above, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application in Form-6A with all necessary documents and also requisite fees, in which event, the Tahsildar - respondent No.4 shall consider the same, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of making such application, in accordance with law.
