HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.28976 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioners to the Police station without there being any crime registered against them and exerting pressure on them to settle civil dispute with respondents 4 and 5 as being illegal arbitrary and issuance of appropriate consequential directions.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home submits that as on today no the crime is registered against the petitioners and there is no truth in the allegation of the petitioners that Police exerted pressure on them to settle civil disputes with respondents 4 and 5.

Recording the submission of the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the

disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
