This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 01.09.2016 in I.A.No.1255 of 2016 in O.S.No.46 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge at Kadapa.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
