THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.6010 of 2011 ORDER :

The present criminal petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.2 of 2011 on the file of Habeebnagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, across the bar, submitted a letter, dated 12.1.2018, of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Habeebnagar Police Station, addressed to the Public Prosecutor, stating that investigation in this case had been completed and charge-sheet was also filed in C.C.No.263 of 2014 on the file of XVI Addl. C.M.M. Court, Nampally, Hyderabad. 3.

Since the investigation had been completed and chargesheet was also filed, nothing survives in the criminal petition and it has become infructuous.

Recording the contents in the letter dated 12.1.2018, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, while vacating the interim stay granted in Crl.M.P. No.6097 of 2011, dated 1.8.2011. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
