The Managing Committee of the Praga Tools Employees Cooperative Housing Society was superseded by proceedings dated 03.10.2007 of the Deputy Registrar/Divisional Cooperative Officer, Secunderabad Division on the ground that it did not conduct the General Body Meeting for the year 2006-07. The said order was confirmed by the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad in C.T.A.No.118 of 2007 dated 03.04.2007.

Though an interim arrangement was allowed to continue during the pendency of the Writ Petition, in view of the subsequent developments, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
