Smt.Budda Satyavathi v. State Of Telangana, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4461 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard both sides and perused the record. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself.
Questioning the inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2016 for correction of online pahani in respect of land admeasuring Ac.6.06 gts., in Sy.No.676/2 situated at Apparaopet Village, Dammapeta Revenue Village and Mandal, Khammam District, the present writ petition came to be filed.
Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.01.2016 for correction of online entries in respect of lands referred to above at the earliest. Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is directed to be considered in accordance with law.
Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation dated 20.01.2016 made for correction of online pahani in respect of land admeasuring Ac.6.06 gts., in Sy.No.676/2 situated at Apparaopet Village, Dammapeta Revenue Village and Mandal,
Khammam District, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same is still pending consideration. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
