HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18508 of 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not receiving the applications and fee for providing domestic electricity supply connection to the petitioners' house.

This Court on 28.06.2013, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.22594 of 2013, to the respondents to process the applications of the petitioners in accordance with the Rules and consider the same within two weeks from the date of the said applications. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.06.2013 granted by this Court, the respondents have provided the electricity supply to the petitioners and the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
