THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.43023 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revision filed by him against the order dated 06.07.2015 passed by the Director of Mines and Geology, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is pending before the Government of Andhra Pradesh, but no orders have been passed therein till date.

The aforestated revision was filed against the rejection of the petitioner's quarry lease application made in the year 2008, in relation to Black Granite over an extent of two Hectares in Survey No.'O' Gap Area of Anupalli Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Chittoor District. As the revision is pending consideration before the revisionary authority, it is not proper for this Court to entertain this writ petition and adjudicate the matter on merits at this stage. The authority concerned is yet to apply its mind and take a decision in the matter. That being so, the writ petition is disposed of directing the revisionary authority, the 1st respondent, to pass appropriate reasoned orders, be it in the interlocutory applications filed in the revision petition or dispose of the main revision itself in accordance with law.

This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ___________________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J Date:04.01.
