This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order, dated 13.09.2012, passed in I.A.No.800 of 2010 in F.C.O.P.No.1363 of 2010 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad,

2. No representation for the revision petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 is present.

4. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that F.C.O.P.No.1363 of 2010 was dismissed for default on 08.05.2013 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad. Therefore, the present revision petition, which was filed in the year 2012, becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail similar remedy, in case, the said F.C.O.P. is restored.
