This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:- " ... to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 5 in opening the tender bid of the 6th respondent and kept aside without opening the petitioner's tender bid is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Tender rules and regulations, dated 21.06.2017 and also in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the official respondents to open the petitioner's price bid for constructing the building MLA residence cum camp office in Mudhole Assembly Constituency, Nirmal District (North Phase) and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter was taken up for consideration on 19.07.2017, no interim order was passed by this Court.

In view of lapse of time, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
