THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI APPEAL SUI T No.557 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The first appellant in this appeal is shown to have died in the cause title itself. The surviving sole second appellant died on 22.07.2010. Though applications were filed in aid of bringing his legal representatives on record, they were dismissed as withdrawn by way of a separate order today.

Thus, as matters stand, the appeal stands abated owing to the death of both the appellants in this appeal.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as abated. Interim orders passed in the appeal shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, including A.S.M.P.Nos.1761 of 2005 and 740 of 2007, shall stand dismissed.
