THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1474 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.204 of 2015 on the file of the Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, which was taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 471 and 420 r/w 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition as the parties are intending to compromise the lis before the trial Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
