Along with the writ affidavit, petitioner had filed an application dated 07.08.2017 seeking to delete his name from the roles of rowdysheet.

Without even giving breathing time for respondents, the petitioner filed the instant writ petition on 09.08.2017 i.e. within two days from the date of filing of the application. Prima facie, this is nothing but abuse of process of Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
