O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 02.07.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the police authorities to take appropriate action on the complaint stated to have been made by the petitioner on 02.07.2018, by following the guidelines laid down by Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1, in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
