Feeling aggrieved by grant of an ex parte interim order in OA.No.1462 of 2016 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), the applicant in MA.No.701 of 2016 has filed this Writ Petition.

On the petitioner's own showing, he has filed this Writ Petition for his impleadment in the OA. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed MA.No.701 of 2016 for his impleadment in the OA along with an application for vacating the ex parte interim order, we are not inclined to dwell into the merits of the case as sought to be argued by Mr.P.V.Krishnaiah, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, it will suffice if the Tribunal disposes of MA.No.701 of 2016 along with the vacate stay application filed by the petitioner expeditiously.

Accordingly, the Tribunal shall dispose of the above applications or OA.No.1462 of 2016 itself subject to its discretion as the case may be within one month from the date of receipt of this order. Subject to the above direction, the Writ
