HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18410 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for the respondents.

Perused G.O.Ms.No.42, dated 29.03.2016, relied upon by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, pursuant to the averments, prayer of the writ petition and in view of the said G.O., there is nothing to entertain in this writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation within three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the authorities concerned shall decide the said representation within one week from the date of receipt of such representation. Any grievance is left open subsequently according to law.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
