HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CIVIL MISCELLENAOUS APPEAL No.2672 of 2003 JUDGMENT:

As per the Docket Order dt.19.11.2015, the appellant was permitted to take out personal notice to un-served respondents by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service within three weeks and in default, it was made clear, the appeal shall stand dismissed against un-served respondents. It is seen that none of the respondents were served and the Order dt.19.11.2015 passed by this Court is not complied with.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal, shall stand closed.
