THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15612 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in not furnishing the charge sheet, enquiry report and the order of removal.

It is represented that during pendency of the writ petition the respondents have furnished the required documents to the petitioner.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of removal or any order adverse to him in appropriate proceedings.
