HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28868 OF 2018 ORDER :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.08.2018, against the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of the FIR stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.93/2018, dated 16.09.2018, is registered.

A copy of the said FIR is also served on the counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
