This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.23 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Bobbili, Vizianagaram District, and transfer the same to Family Court, Visakhapatnam. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh application at appropriate time.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
