Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.V.Seshagiri Rao, the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is granted.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
