This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in allowing the petitionerSociety and respondent No.4 to transact the business transactions, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.V.Seshagiri Rao, the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
