Mr.K.Rajanna submits that the petitioners are satisfied and content if appropriate directions are issued to 2nd respondent to examine the representation dated 31.03.2016 and pass orders in accordance with the applicable guidelines and instructions in this behalf.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for cooperation does not oppose the request of petitioners.

This Court is satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The 2nd respondent is directed to consider/ examine the representation dated 31.03.2016 and pass orders in accordance with the applicable guidelines and instructions in this behalf within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are given liberty to resubmit the representation dated 31.3.2016 together with a copy of this order within one week from today for expeditious consideration.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
