THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3720 of 2013 ORDER:

When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 13-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad City, would submit that Sessions Case No.109 of 2014 on the file of Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, which arose out of Cr.No.361 of 2012 of Bowenpally Police Station, was ended in acquittal after full fledged trial and the petition which was filed for quashing P.R.C.No.4 of 2013 on the file of XI ACMM, Secunderabad, may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
