We interacted with G. Naga Charitha, the daughter of petitioner and respondent No.4 and she clearly stated that she would like to stay with her mother. We also talked to the other daughter of the petitioner and respondent No.4. She stated that she would like to continue to stay with her father.

In this view of the matter, Ms. B. Rachna, learned counsel holding for Sri B. Chandrasen Reddy, Advocate on record for the petitioner, submits that she has instructions not to press this writ petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed. This shall not preclude the parties from taking remedy for appropriate relief before the appropriate Court.
