CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.6464 of 2004 10.08.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in conducting and finalizing the selections for the post of Goods Guards and issuing proceedings, dated 06.11.2000, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to set aside the said proceedings issued by respondent No.3.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 12.04.2004, in W.P.M.P.No.8374 of 2004 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.8374 of 2004 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
