THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.346 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-de facto complainant seeking to transfer S.C.No.559 of 2012 pending on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Medak at Sangareddy to any Sessions Court at Hyderabad. Heard.

The petitioner has sought for transfer of the above Sessions Case on the ground that 1st accused is a criminal and he is capable of causing harm to him and therefore, he is apprehending danger to his life. Except stating so, the petitioner did not place any material before this Court to substantiate the same. Further, mere apprehension cannot be a ground to transfer the case. This Court does not find any reasonable ground to transfer the case.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
