Sri T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, leamed Senior Counsel representing Sri T.Anirudh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Cr.No.l80 of 2018 of Tandur Town Police Station, Vikarabad, on completion of investigation filed final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. stating that the matter is civiI in nature No protest petition is filed against the same.
