Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting survey and fixing the boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.410 sq.yards in Sy.No.351/part situated at Jeedimetla Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 28.04.2016, rendered in W.P.No.4811 of 2011 and Batch, the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
