Learned counsel for the petitioners says that he has already circulated a letter dated 18-04-2016 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to institute fresh writ petition in case of failure of the 3rd respondent to complete the award proceedings as assured.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to institute fresh writ petition as sought for. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
