In spite of giving fair opportunities, there was no representation for the petitioner on the eariier several occasions. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It is presumed that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the criminal petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
