THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Crl.R.C. No.1588 of 2015 ORDER :
The petitioner preferred the present Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure being aggrieved by the order dated 20-07-2015 passed in C.C. No.87 of 2015 (Old C.C.No.1075 of 2014) by the Special Magistrate VI, Hyderabad at Erramanzil.
2. Heard and perused.
3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument and prayed to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the case being under Section 138 of N.I.Act and as the question of identity of the accused does not arise, the presence of the petitioner is dispensed with before the trial Court, except on the dates on which the trial Judge insists for her appearance.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
6. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
