THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO W.P.NO.28847 OF 2018

Petitioner alleges that on the ground that charge memo was drawn on 11.07.2013, he is not considered for promotion and there is no further progress in the disciplinary proceedings.
When the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - III (Telangana), on instructions, submit that on 02.05.2018, the report of the Inquiry Officer was forwarded to the Government for taking further action and the matter is pending with the Government. In view of the same, respondents are directed to finalize the disciplinary proceedings by following due procedure, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
