CVNR, J & AVSS,J W.P.No.19270_16 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter viz. Kum.Mounika D/ o Venkanna, aged 17 years, before the Hon'ble Court and consequently declare the inaction of the official respondents in not initiating proper action against the Respondent Nos.

6 to 10 is arbitrary, detrimental to the fundamental rights of the petitioner, violative of all canons of fair play and natural justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." A perusal of the proceeding sheet shows that during the preceding three hearings, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, at the hearing, no one represented the petitioner. The continuous absence of the petitioner and her counsel shows that they are not interested in pursuing the cause in the writ petition. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
