ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.706 of 2012 on the file of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad District, against petitioner/A1.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the police, after due investigation, filed a final report stating that the matter is of civil in nature and therefore, no further orders need be passed in this criminal petition and the criminal petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
