HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28844 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not furnishing the survey report conducted on 14.3.2018, pursuant to the File No.B5/461/18 and B5/457/18 dated 16.2.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that though the survey was conducted, the petitioner was not present and hence, the copy of the report could not be furnished to him. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to furnish a copy of the survey report conducted by the 2nd respondent-Deputy Inspector of Survey, to the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.20.00 cents situated in Sy.Nos.28, 29, 39, 31, 32 and 33 of Sadasivepet Village, Sangareddy District, within a period of one week from today and obtain the acknowledgment of the same.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
