This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.(ii) of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13043 of 2025 which reads as under:

"The petitioner/accused shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Wednesday for a period of eight (08) weeks, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required." Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a differently‐abled person with 85% disability in her lower limbs and that the petitioner has been diligently complied with all conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court and has extended full cooperation to the Investigating Officer since the date of the order. As the investigation is substantially complete and the charge sheet has been filed, the continued requirement for the physical presence of the petitioner for every week is no longer necessary. Therefore, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

In view of the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.13043 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when her presence is required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
