This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.39677 of 2016 in W.P.No.32089 of 2016 dated 21.09.2016.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that the order is complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Contempt Case. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
