HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.6092 of 2011 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare the impugned G.O.Rt.No.712 dated 18.08.2009 issued by the 1st respondent and the consequential endorsement issued by the 3rd respondent dated 09.09.2010 as illegal, arbitrary, capricious, unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to set aside the same and direct the respondents to provide compassionate appointment by re-considering the application dated 01.04.2008.
2. When the matter was listed on 29.07.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and to give one more opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal.
3. Inspite of the matter being listed under the caption "For dismissal", today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
