HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.303 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for a direction to the trial court to hear and dispose of I.A.No.99 of 2017 (CFR No.63 of 2017) expeditiously. I.A.No.99 of 2017 is filed for setting aside the ex-parte decree dated 23-09-2016.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the respondent has filed E.P. against the decree and hence, there is urgency in the matter. The submission of the counsel is noted.

The trial court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.99 of 2017 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
