HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.28974 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the Police station without there being any crime registered against him in connection with FIR No.56 of 2018 registered for the offence of fraud committed by certain persons in taking loans from the nationalised bank by pledging fake pattadar pass books, as illegal arbitrary and issuance of appropriate consequential directions. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Asst. Government Pleader for Home submits that as on today no crime is registered against the petitioner and in case there is any incriminating material as to the involvement of the petitioner in the fraud, the respondents will take steps by following the due process of law.

Recording the submission of the learned Asst.

Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the life and

liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
