THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14538 of 2015 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent- Revenue Divisional Officer, Kothagudem, in considering the stay petition or appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 02.05.2015 in Rc.No.B/536/2015 passed by the 3rd respondent- Tahsildar and Executive Magistrate, Kothagudem, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard both sides.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the stay petition filed by the petitioner, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
