The case of the petitioner is that he applied for regularization of the subject property and the same was rejected vide proceedings dated 09-06-2017. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.22265 of 2017 and this Court disposed of the said writ petition by setting aside the said proceedings and directed the competent authority to reconsider the application. Without passing any orders on the application of the petitioner for regularization, the respondent-authorities are trying to demolish the subject property.
Heard Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, who submits that without issuing notice and without passing any orders, the respondents are trying to demolish the subject property.
Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents and on instructions submits that there is no move for demolition of the subject property, till passing of orders in pursuance to the orders dated 07-07-2017 in WP.No.22265 of 2017.
Recording the statement of learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
