CVNR, J & TR, J FCA 272/2010 & batch COMMON JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) These appeals arise out of Common Order dt.9.8.2010 in F.C.O.P. Nos.11 of 2010, 103 of 2009 and 4 of 2010 respectively, on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram.

At the hearing, Mr. V. Raghu, learned counsel for the appellant, and Mr. Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that both the parties are living together amicably and happily and that therefore the appeals need not be adjudicated on merits. In view of the above submission, the appeals are disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the appeals, interim order granted on 02.11.2010 in F.C.A.M.P. Nos.622 of 2010 in F.C.A. No.272 of 2010 shall stand vacated and the said application shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
