This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.10 of 2016 of Dharpalli Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Section 379 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. It is represented that in the above crime, charge sheet has already been filed, and in that view of the matter, learned counsel for petitioners/A1 and A2 seeks permission for withdrawal of criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition with all the pleas that are available under law.
