It is noticed that when the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasions i.e, on 12.06.2017 and 21.06.2017 none appeared on behalf of the appellant, and hence, the matter is directed to be listed under caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the appellant and there is no representation on her behalf either in the forenoon session or in the afternoon session. Therefore, the MACMA is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
