HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6968 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.178 of 2014 of I Town P.S, Nizamabad, which was registered against him for the offences under Section 409 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 12.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Nizamabad I Town P.S, Nizamabad District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.323 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Magistrate, Nizamabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
