There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare in action of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in not taking any action on the complaint dated 13.01.2014 of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary and violation fundamental rights and consequent direction directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take action on the complaint dated 13.01.2014 of the petitioner against the respondent No. 5 and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances."

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 81 of 2014 was registered. After investigation, a final report was filed referring the matter as 'civil in nature' on 31.07.2019. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, the remedy available to her is before the concerned magistrate by way of a protest application.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
