HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3277 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioners - proposed plaintiff Nos.2 and 3 challenging the order, dated 24.02.2016, passed by the learned XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar, in I.A. No.405 of 2015 in O.S. No.225 of 2013, whereby the petition filed under Order XXII, Rule 9 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, O.S. bearing No.225 of 2013 itself was dismissed as abated on 05.07.2017. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
