THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28864 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, and Sri Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, that, after receipt of the complaint from the petitioners, the GHMC authorities initiated action, by issuing notice, under Sections 451 (1) and 461 (1) of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for brevity, 'the Act'), and further action, strictly in accordance with law, will be taken. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-GHMC authorities to take further action/pass appropriate orders, pursuant to the notice, issued under Sections 451 (1) and 461 (1) of the Act, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
