This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Notice, dated 05-01-2013, issued by respondent No.2 to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Mr.R.Nagendra Chary, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
